APK Downloader respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We do not host application files â we link to official third-party sources â but if you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice.
Filing a notice
Send your request to legal@apkdownloader.pk with the subject line "DMCA Takedown". To be valid, your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- The exact URL(s) on apkdownloader.pk where the material appears.
- Your full name, address and contact email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review it and remove or disable access to the identified content where appropriate, typically within a few business days.
Counter-notice
If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with the relevant details and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was a mistake.
